blower motor

My blower motor is not blowing in any setting or speed. I am not sure if it is the motor itself or the switch. I used a couple of alligator clips to run direct power to the two wires on the blower plug and nothing happened. Did I test the blower correctly?

That should have spun the motor if it was good.
