Greetings From Exeter Rhode Island
After spending (and retiring after) 15 years in the Navy one shouldn't be nervous about posting on the internet(?) but I was until now. I am impressed by the many members' inputs and wealth of knowledge being shared. My first Ford p/u was a 1976 (I believe), followed by a 1995 F-250 with a powerstroke diesel. My friend sold it to me about 6 months ago with the statement of "just drive it". There was my warranty. Around $2800 later I said enough. I give my "friend" credit for my many problems, not Ford. He felt so bad he let me keep the 5th wheel hitch that I was supposed to give back to him (how kind!)After careful thought, and loving diesels, I will be picking up my 2005 F-350, 4x4,PSD, quite well eqipped on my birthday, March 25th. I am excited about this and hope I can contribute knowledge and experience.
