True Dual!!!

What is the cheapest way to true dual my truck. I believe i will have to by a set of headers for my truck and then put 2 high flow cats on after that and then have my exhaust comeout from that. Is that what i have to do. If so it sounds a
little pricy. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. Thanks for all the help

$200-400 for headers. $100 for hi-flow cats. Add muffler costs, pipes, and labor.

I have duals from mainfold (hopefully have headers on there one day) into 2 40's flowmasters, and then out the back through 3.5" tips. I just scrapped the cats.
Overall it cost 200=pipe and labor, 140=mufflers 50=tips.
So I came in right under 400.

Depends on emissions in your area.

Can you weld? If so- a couple pieces of exhast pipe off the stock manifolds and some glasspacks will get you true duals for ~$100.

kens64 is right.

Since the stock Y-Pipe never joins into one pipe (the cat is dual-in), you can get some pipe and run out your own true duals. Thats what im doing hopefully soon.

My duals cost me 230 bucks. 150 dollars for pipes from just after the O2 sensor crossover (before the first Y-cat), 30 dollars for a pair of 24" glasspacks, and 50 bucks for my 4x22" stainless steel tips. Would have been 180 bucks straight up for pipes out the back, or 150 for straight pipes with no glasspacks. LOUD and proud.
