1990 B2 Axle code

I just bought a 1990 B2 4x4 5speed 2.9. It needs a brakejob. I see that there is a difference between the rotors if it has a 3.73 axle ratio. Anybody out there know the codes? FWIW it has "Performance Axles".

WELCOME TO FTE a codes of 44 is 3.73 open
and a code of D7 is l/s 3.73

I'm a transplanted Miami Guy, living here in Hawaii. Anyway, My Axle code is D4, any idea wat that is???
