Okay ...if you have a vacum leak the carb cleaner or wd-40 will be sucked in where it leaks causing a change in the RPM's, then you will have to fix or repair the leak with new gaskets or hoses etc etc... which ever is the case. Finding vacum leaks is not an easy task but can be done and they can cause a wide varity of symptoms.

The carb cleaner is sucked into the combustion chamber and effects the fuel charge,This changes the idle or sometimes will stall the truck,

Alright I found a leak and took care of it. It manages to start now and stay started. That's good. Now, when I start it up, it still shakes, but the shaking last for more than a minute with RPM kind of low and if I put drive and hit the pedal it will surely go off. So I have to wait a little bit, then eventually start "kind" of normal. Also, one thing I notice is that it won't go beyond the 40mph, exactly there. I start going faster and then it shakes a little bit and won't go past the 40mph, that's strange... any ideas?
