lights
ok my seat belt lite sometimes stays on even after i am buckled up. what do i need to do to fix it?
and my rear anti lock light comes and goes to, although not always at the same time as my seat belt lite. no codes are thrown. any guesses?

Not sure about seatbelt light off hand, proably a switch is sticking. Check you wiring diagram for the switch location.
The RABS code is pulled from the RBS module, not the PCM, see the procedure for older trucks in the tech info thread.

I had the RABS light randomly appear on my 94, usually after a fast stop. I fixed the problem by flushing the entire brake system. That was almost four years ago and the light has not been seen since, other than for a second or so at startup. As the hydraulic seals age, small amounts of dirt and debris accumulate due to the seals wearing. I suspect that a small amount of this lands in the RABS valve and causes the problem.
