Try jump starting it, it's likely to be a bad battery. I have had some that just buzz through the solenoid on the fender.
Which is a good sign of either a dead battery or a dead cell in a battery. Either or, it probably needs to be replaced.

1965 F-100 (just purchased 1/18/01), SWB, 390, C-6 auto. Dual exhaust, Not much else to do to it.
