Electrical Nightmare

Why does this always happen to me? I have an 82 F250 w/302. Had problems with it dying on me, like someone turning off a light switch. I checked wires and discovered a wire that appeared to be soldered at the factory coming off the solenoid. I took it apart, because it was corroded. Cleaned it all up...no problems, until last week. Starter would spin great in the morning and rig would start. After warm, I'd be in traffic at a stop light and the truck would quit again. Like turning off the lights. When I tried to restart, the starter sounded like it was binding. So, in my anger and frustration, I bought a new module, starter, ignition switch and solenoid. Went to church yesterday, and as I left the parking lot, (truck sat for an hour and 15 minutes) It died like a light switch every time I tried to take off from a stop. Then, without warning, it kept running till I got home. I've never had it die on the interstate, just in town in stop and go traffic. Does it backing up and pulling forward. Any help? I know it's electrical, but I'M NOT ELECTRICAL!!!!
