here is the deal
2005 f-250 lariat crewcab.4x4 fx4.MSRP;42800.00
After x plan,rebates and my 2004 f-150 fx4 (trade in) owe 21800.00,dealer
gives me 24000.00. f-250 comes down to 32480.00 plus tax.should i take it.

Impossible to say- the trade-in and the payoff muddy the waters. x-plan less rebates should be pretty straightforward, but "'04 FX4" could be a $15K truck, or it could be a $25K truck, ya know? Miles/equipment/color/condition all factor into it.
