Sub brands..
I'm installing an entirely new system in my Bronco II, going with all Eclipse. I was just wondering what you guys thought of a few other subs like JL, Image Dynamics, Orion, and of course Eclipse.

I really like my 10" Image Dynamics IDQ-10v.2. If you can get past its odd Smurf blue color, it is a very well made and great sounding sub. It is also made in USA, which is quite rare nowadays. The sub hits pretty hard and plays deep. I get clean solid bass down to 25Hz as determined by my test CD and SPL meter. I got it at www.sounddomain.com for $170 shipped. To my knowledge, they are the only authorized online retailer for that brand.
Im a big JL, Treo, Resonant Engineering, MMATS, and Memphis fan.

I've heard that Memphis is like the best stuff out there, and I went to a Memphis store and to tell you the truth, I wasn't too impressed. Might of been just the way the store was set-up. There prices weren't really what I was expecting either. I was expecting like $300 for a pair of speakers and they were only $150.
