Split Second Cutout
My '02 has 48,000 miles on it now and I just had a strange thing happen about 3 times in the last month.
I am driving at a steady speed or might be accelerating and the engine cuts out for a split second, almost feels like you hit a slick spot in the road and all of a sudden you got traction.
Is this a forewarning of a cam position sensor problem?
I thought when they went it was all or nothing.
I carry a spare CPS and a 10mm wrench after all the posts I have read here but I don't know if I should install it now.
