Hey, what's up. I'm a new guy to the Ford forums, and I'm going to boot camp in August. When I get out I'm gonna build a truck, so I figured I could throw out my idea and get some feedback from other Ford 7.3 owners. My idea is to get a Crew Cab Long Bed F350 with the 7.3, then lift it about 10" and throw on some 39.5's. It's my dream truck, but I wanted to know if you know of any proalems I'll run into with that. Thanks,
Welcome to the forum, John. There's nothing wrong with your plan at all, as long as you have the money to pull it off.
Spend some time before buying the truck learning as much about them as you can, so you can be an informed shopper when the time comes, and enjoy the experience. In stock form, these are incredible trucks. With certain modifications to increase power output, they're awesome.
Have fun with it.
