Generally, no. The 80-up crossmembers are different than the 79-down, causing a much steeper exit angle on the tubes. I know a guy who torched part of his x-member to make his fit; but I think that is foolish. Also, you have to pay attention to the fact that the headers are differrent for 4x4 and 4x2 models; as well as different for standards versus autos. I have not been able to find a factory made header for 4x4 manual anywhere, because the clutch linkage is in the way on the driver's side. Just about every other application is covered though.
