Wont start Need Help Please!!!

Overheated and wont start now,stranded,help!!!
I have a 1980 F150 with a 302.Yesterday it over-heated while I was going down the road.I shut it off and coasted to the side of the road.Now I have fire to everything but it just wont start.I replaced the computer box on the sidewall
and the coil.It's getting gas and I've tried fuel in the carb.It turns over and over
and over.It just never starts or even act like it's going to start.I dont know what else to check after going over the plugs,carb,distributer etc.The motor is less than a year old and was running fine up until it overheated.
