Hoppin up a 4.2L?
Just wondering what I can do to my '05 F150's little 4.2L V6 to get a bit more power.
I'm not into dumpin thousands of bucks into it. Just wondering if I can get a 10-20% for cheap maybe? Some tricks out there for this V6?
