Color inside 53-55 instruments?

Color inside 53-55 instruments?
Gents-
Upon doing some speedo work I noticed rust on the lower inside lip inside the stamped insrument cluster housing. Its brushed and primed.
The color looks to be a flat, almost reflective white.
Has anyone found a great match? Brand and color name pls.
