Your VIN# has all the main info on your vehicle specs. Any dealer should be able to look it up and tell you. As far as things like the radio, trim, seats, carpet, I doubt it unless they can trace the original purchase and see what options the buyer wanted.

You can call the Ford Customer Service line 1-800-392-3673(FORD). Ask them for the Build Sheet or 999 Report. You will need your VIN handy. I think they charge a few $$, but I don't think it was over $10 when I got mine. It took about 2 weeks to get.
