K guys i know this is completely off the bronco subject, but you guys usually have some pretty good opinions. So here goes... im getting married June 11th and my girlfriend wants me to wear a long tie with a tux. But i think its stupid to wear a tux without a bow-tie. Whaddaya think guys.. bow tie or regular tie?
Go to the tux shop and BOTH of you look at them and then BOTH of you make up your minds at which looks the best. When you get Married you will have to do a lote of comprrising. If you cant do it now it sure will not get any easier on down the road. Good Luck!!!!!
Gotta go bow tie. You have to have some say so in the wedding. Too often the bride and her mother (how do you get along with your future mother-in-law?) have to control the whole thing. Unless you are getting your way on some other things, put your foot down and say that you want a bow tie. My wife tried talking me into a long tie as well when we got married last May, but I let her know that I only had a few requirements, and that was one of them. The planning is the worst part of the whole wedding, but do your best to enjoy it and not get too frustrated with your future mother-in-law, because once the wedding day gets here, it will go so fast that it will be a blur (even if you don't drink,), and you will be amazed in how several months of planning all comes down to one day, and then it's over. By the way, congratulaitons and good luck.
