Look near the top of the page here for "Motorhaven" & cick on it to go to their site.
To shop the other forum sponsors, there is a "Click Here" just below the blue ribbon with "User CP" etc.
When you have some extra time you could click on "User CP" and create a signature & so on.
Intake upgrades & exhaust are the easiest places to start.

Did your truck come factory with a header? My plain jane 97 did, so you don't have to buy an aftermarket header.
Tbird turbo swaps have been discussed many times & you can locate those threads by doing a forum search.
Nitrous is a whole different ball game. You could get away with a small setup as long as you don't abuse it.

Here are some mods I have done to my 2.3.
Port matched the head for intake and exhaust.
Port matched the air intake system.
Adjustable cam gears.
200 amp alt.
accell coil packs.
8MM wires.
Bosch Platuim plugs
Alum radiator
elec. fan
Hollowed out the cat.
Dyno Max cat back system
Jet module chip
KKM True Rev Air induction kit.
I believe that is it on the motor.
Other thing that can help you out is change your gear ratio. I am currently running 4.56 gears and a locker.
where can i find the adjustable cam.. or just other cams?
what does "hollowed out the cat" mean.and what is a true rev air induction kit?
thanks for your help guys!

Hollowed out the cat - felony crime that some guys do to increase exhaust flow. Do it and you will be paying "Buba" for a "special inspection" every time you go for emissions.
True Rev air induction - type of air cleaner/induction tubes for better breathing.
Not trying to be mean, but if you have to ask what a lot of these things are, you should not be bying any of them unless you are paying someone else to do the tuning. You have alot more to learn before you start using things like adj cam gears, etc.... Most will not be 100% effective untill you get it tuned on a dyno. Things like electric fans, high flow air cleaners, and cat-back exhausts are "bolt-on" and require little to no tuning to see "some" benifit.
