Bad Driver Blows Fuse

Help, recently I rear ended another car. Ever since that incident I have been blowing fuses. "On the truck that is".
The damage to my 94/F-250,Std.cab,2W/auto,5.0 is minimal. A small dent on the lower right section of the front bumper is the only visible damage. The bumper is pushed back approximately 1" to 2" towards the chassis. The fender and body have not been damaged. Wiring from the turn signal, head lamp, and running light have NOT been compromised or damaged. All associated lights have tested good. The fuse that is burning out is in the number 4 position rated at 15 amps. It contains, Warning buzzer/chime module: Exterior lamps; Instrument Illumination; Trailer Exterior Lamp Relay.
Replacing the fuse varies from 3hr. burn-out to a 10 minute burn-out. Any help or suggestions? Thanks JP
