General Electrical problems.

I bought our(local truck accessory store) display truck(bosses daily driver), and it has some problems I need help doping out. I have done half of the work on this truck and it has been out sourced serveral times, and one time for a aftermarket Ford keyless/remote start system. It work well for about a year, a few months ago the doorlocks no longer functioned, the door ajar light stays lit and the door being open will not trigger the domelight.

I dumped half a can of wd40 in the lock to no avail. I have voltage in and out of the switch, and have removed the remote start from the door lock wiring. However the Ford remote start module clicks when the door lock/unlock is activated and dims the radio's display.

All four doors stoped locking at once, so the actuators are in the clear. The add on system was removed from the factory door lock connections(they appeared to be in parallel to the factory controls, so I just disconnected the module). The switch has power, but I ran out of time today to test the actuators. Is there a way to diagnos the BCM/GEM? What have I missed as culprits for this problem?

Sorry for the book, I am just excited to have a newer truck.
2002 F250 SC.
