F250 won't start
I've got a 1977 F-250 with a heavily modified 360 engine. Unfortunately it won't start, it died on while running on a road and had to be towed back. It has a Crane Cams HI-6 ingition set up (box+coil.) It just cranks and nothing happens. I am not getting any spark. The computer on the HI-6 leads me to believe that it was the coil. I've replaced the coil but that was no help. Any advice?

I've the same problem with my 78' F-250 4X4 and my problem was the wrist pin on distributor gear breaking. The wrist pins are really small diameter so they seem to break easy. But check the wiring for bad connections and shorts from the coil to the voltage regulator first then pop the dist. cap and see if it rotates 360 degrees by hand, if does then that is the problem.
