i was looking for a super duty diesel, white, extended cab, short box. i think i found one, but im not sure if this is a good deal, or if something is wrong at this price? what do you think? what are average prices for used 99-03? is there a mielage that you should avoid when purchasing a diesel? Thanks

I paid 22k for my 2000 Long Bed, Crew Cab with a matching topper and 78k miles about a year ago. It says must sell in the add so maybe they will go below 20k. 76k by the way is just broken in if it has been taken care of.

When I was looking, the diff. could be 3-5K from Gas to Diesel. I have read of 300,000 being the average life of a powerstroke if taken care of but I have heard of plenty of them including my brother in law that has one on the ranch with 500,000 on it and still running fine so the added investment can pay off.

Last year I paid $25,000 for my 2002 F350, CC, LB, SRW, 7.3 PSD, 22,000miles. Thought that wasn't too bad. Have been loving it every since.
