I Need Help and Fast!!

Last night ther brights light came onto the dash of my 1990 Ford Bronco and I have no idea how they came on and how to turn them off! Is there a special button to push somehwere? It was awful because I knew I was highbveaming people but I couldn't do anything about it. Can anyone please tell me how to turn them off? It is almost night time and I really need to get them off before it gets dark. Thanks a lot.
