Steering, pulling while driving

Hello. Don't know if I can explain this very well, but, here goes. I have a 1985 F-150, 4x4, 302. While driving, sometimes it wants to pull, usually to the right. I can hear the power steering pump working, and I have to fight it a little to keep her going straight. Then, it seems to go back to normal. It happens frequently even on a short 2 mile trip. I can't say that it always happens after braking, just does it when it wants to. Would this likely be a brake problem or a power steering problem?

Check to make sure the wheel bearings are adjusted properly . It may be a suspension part thats worn , radius arm bushings , etc . You may have a caliper slide pin binding . Lots of things to look at & check in and around the front suspension & steering .
