Bent down pipe mating flange

I received my exhaust yesterday, and boy did the UPS guys did a job on my box

. I found that the mating surface of the down pipe was bent in a couple of places and I need to know if you think it can be fixed or mounted without any leaks. Please let me know. Thanks

For some reason I can't pull up the picture but, I would definitely be giving UPS a call to have them replace the unit. I have done this before on some pieces I had bought and they damaged.
