change the hinge bushings( most auto part stores sell a kit)
change the striker bolt, the plastic useualy wears when the hinges sag.
and if you realy wanna get crazy, you could lube the latches with some graphite mabye?

check the hidges bt opening the door about 1/2 way then lift from the latch end watch the hindges for play there look at the door frame make sure its not rusted at the back post this will cause cab flex also
