Radiator flow question

Does anybody know which hose(upper or lower) is the inlet to the radiator on my 92 300 i6?

Im thinking its the upper hose, I need to find out for sure to mount a sensor for some fans.

Top hose is the outlet from the engine, inlet to the radiator.
