Clutch Problem
Over the weekend my friend and I took the manual Mazda 5 speed transmission out of my brothers 1993 F150 and put it into my 1987 F150. Last thing we did was put the slave cylinder assembly/cluth fluid resevoir from the '93 into the '87. We bled it and bled it, yet I could get no more than the last eight of the pedal movement to actually feel like it was doing something. When the clutch is engaged, it won't go into gear. It seems like the clutch hydraulic system isn't building any pressure. Any ideas? Thanks guys.

When I had mine done, getting the air out of the master cylinder is a problem. Try breaking the connection at the master cylinder, pushing in the clutch pedal, tightening the connection and then releasing the pedal. This should draw fluid into the master cylinder. Then try bleeding at the transmission.
