Truck comparrison help please.
Hi. I have a 90 E350 with a 7.3 non turbo. I need a second truck. There are two I can afford. One is an 04 left over 6.0 E350. The other is an 03 E450 7.3, with a little bigger box. It has 25,000 miles. I need reliability, no down time. I hear horror stories about the 6.0. Could I get some advice on what to do. The 03 is also a little cheaper.

You are familiar with the 7.3 and there may be a few parts that may interchangable such as oil filters if you go with the 7.3. Also bigger box and less cost. The converse is the 6.0 is a year newer and the newer technology. The early 6.0s had some problems. If both have an auto tranny the 6.0 may have a better trans. It is a hard decision.
