99 350 7.3 L 4x4- does it have a starter solenoid attached to the fender as well as on top of the starter?

thanks cookie 88 but I actual found out that there is a starter solenoid under the hood on the passanger fender wheel well. That was what was giving me heck with my truck not turning over-no power from ignition switch. thanks anyway and maybe this little tidbit of info will find itself beneficial to you some day.

Ah...so you were asking about the starter solenoid relay, not the solenoid.
