Interchanging Grills.
Hey guys, I just bought my next project truck. It's an 80 F100. What I would like to know is, will the 1981 and up grill fit in my 80. I want the ford emblem in the grill. Thanks

Yup, the 82-86 Blue oval grille will fit. 87 and up, and you'll have to change the front clip(I've seen it done for no good reason.)

goes right in , nothing to do but take yours out and put the new one in , but you might want ot change the hood also, it might look kinda weird with the F O R D on the hood and the grill, just my opinion

Your exactly right Dynamic, but heres the kicker, I'm going to buy a cowl induction hood from US BODY. I don't think it will have the letters, thus saving me from having to grind the little holders off. Thanks for all your info guys, you have saved me many headaches already.
