Anyone know anyone online that I can order the plugs and wires from for cheap? At least the wires, i may just get some autolite plugs.

i had the same problem with the sputtering and not wanting to go at around 100,000 mi did tune up and everything o2 sensors fuel injectors and come to find out it was some other sensor

4.2 - wanted power
I own a 97 F-150 with the 4.2 and I would like to know what are the better upgrades to get more power and make it alittle bit faster so I can smoke my boss with his Chevy{yuck} extended cab 4.3 liter truck

intake (mac)
exhaust (your choice)
e-fans (custom, don't buy kit)
gears and t-lock (any gears, FMS t-lock is cheap on ebay, used)
headers (mac, jba are $$$)
chip/tuner (diablosport or SCT are the best i've heard)
