Troubled Starting
This little truck normally starts good when cold, if the accelerator is quickly pressed to the floor and released. But, after it starts and runs, you have to "pump the pedal" to get it to start. Then, it sounds like it's trying to flood and it puffs out that synonomous black smoke.
I don't know where to begin. I have found the throttle cable adjustments on the carbureator, but no actual air/fuel adjustments. The plugs, wires, and air filter have been changed... Still no change. All plugs were perfect.
Thanks for any insight.
