As many things with the 6.0 are negtive I just wanted to post the good. Got back from a trip on Sun. 1165 miles in two days. CT up to VT, NY, and back. First trip with the 6.0. Great power and over all for a 8000 lbs truck performed great. Im sure many of you agree but I just wanted say its a great truck. Its is my second Ford (7.3) and love it.
That is great. I also have an 04 F-350 CC and I love the truck. I bought it in my home town while on leave and drove it from North Idaho to San Diego (something like 1400 miles) loaded with dirt bikes and since we are expecting our first baby in two weeks, we had it loaded with baby stuff too (and a dog). It performed flawlessly and so far has been a great truck. I loved my 7.3 but I really love this 6.0.
Glad to hear you love the truck, I love mine as well!!!!!!!!! It is good to hear some nice for a change, But if ore fellow psd friends dont vent to us who would they be able to vent to that would care, I am happy to hear both sides and i hope to be able to help someone here sometime, But it is hard to jump into help with all the smart people on this site _______2003 F250 camper package SCMT Fx4 cc 6.0________
Fuel mileage was 16 MPG or so not great but I far from babied it. 80 to 90 on the way up but the way back was very mountainous and sometimes snow. For the way I was driving I was pleased little more than $150 in Fuel.
PS: Congratulation, NavyPowerstroker on the soon to be new arrival
