crazy dome lights

i have a 99 F-250 and when i'm driving my dome lights will come on if i go slower than 10 mph(stoplights, and intersections), they go back off when my speed hits 15 mph, does anybody know whats causeing this. Please help, Oh yeah, the door ajar light stays on if that has anything to do with it.

wd40 the door latch. The switches are inside.
