302 rebuild help

302 rebuild help
I have a 89 f-150 that i want a to rebuild the motor in.The trouble i am having is that i have a couple 302 blocks laying around and i want to know whether its cheaper to rebuild one of the blocks or i also have a 83 lincoln mark six that has a 302 in it that runs well and the car is flawless.My plans are to sell the lincoln and use that money to either buy a rebuild kit for one of the blocks or to just buy a knew long block or can i put the motor thats in the lincoln in the truck.I would appreciate it if some one could give me some advice on the matter.
