I have a 95 F-150,351w,AEOD,XLT Eddie Bauer.Want to put a factory tach in.Have found a complete instrument cluster.My question:Is the wiring harness the same if it was not equipped with factory tach ? Looks like I can use my speedometer (want to keep mileage correct)and change the other gauges.

I can't speak for a '95, but I've just done this with my '89, and the clusters are pin compatible. I was able to trace the ciruits on the my original and replacement cluster to be sure that they lined up using a multimeter that gives an audio signal when there is continuity.
