Howdy
I'm new here, be gentle.
I currently don't own a Ford. I used to have a 1972 Gran Torino Sport. It had a 400-2V. I went to a junk yard, bought an old core, extra heads and built a real hot rod 400. It propelled that 4000 pound monster to 6.5 second 0-60 times. All the while running the stock 2.75:1 rear. I do miss that car. I probably won't post here often, but I will stop by and see what's happening. I do see a number of posts about the 400. Interesting compromise engine by Ford. Capable of so much, I don't think Ford ever truely tapped its potential.
