How much should I pay???
I have found a 97 F-250 4X4 ext.cab, XLT, with a 460/auto that only has 5,000 miles on it and from the pics that I have seen it still has the plastic on the floor from the factory. Right now I am just waiting to hear form the guy to find out how much he is asking for it. The bluebook is only $9800. I was kinda thinking I would go as high as $12000-13000. How much do you guys think that it is worth?? How high should I go??

I would try to find out why it only has 5000 miles on it. Such as when were they put on? How long has it sat without being driven? I'd be skeptical about that. If it hasn't been driven for a long time, I'd be worried that the seals have dried up some.
