hey sw, the external kill switch wiring only has one wire, so would i take this postive wire wire it up to my switch and at the swtich instead of a negative, just ground it to the frame?
and if i get to big wattage of lights, would it cause the motor not to fire properly? like a weak spark, these would be running ligths so they would get brighter the faster the motor turned

btw thanks for the idea it save me some mula

im not exactly sure how its wired up, but that wire is a positive for sure, the kill switch grounds it to the frame to shut it off.....you might take a look at some new karts with lights on them to see how to wire it up......BTW, nice avatar, my wife and i spent about an hour on that logo, i like it, but i like our other one without the flames better.....glad to see someone got good use of it!! you probably noticed, we put my current avatar on it and changed the back ground......

dang im slow at nght , it took me 6 times to get the avatar part of it,

thats what i thought, see i still have the motor that orginally came on it, 6.0 wiht the smaller fuel tank, but its allripped apart, cuz i tried to fix it , but i found out what piston rings are, and i was done, ne ways i jacked the kill switch off of it, and im going to use that as a lgiht switch, it looks like it had a kill switch at one point and time because right under the steering wheel theres a little hole cut out of the support bar,
i might use a sealed toggle switch with a flipp up cover for the ligths and use the kill switch for a external kill switch

wiat wait wiat, what woudl happen when i turned off the lights, would it turf off the motor, or would it be were to shut off the motor i wuld haft to do it at the motor,

it looks like im giong to be getting teh cheapest mig welder, soem tires and soem lights and maybe a new driven pulley
the front tires are goign to be flat, you knwo the dune buggy style like they are now, like th eback tires, flat ont he actuall tread surface, im going to be putting soem little lawmower turf tires ont,

i testted the brakes one my gravel road DUKES OF HAZARD BABY@!!!!

Hey mgman, I don't remember what the prices were. I only used plain white and black. I got the metal etching primer from Anchor Paint near 11th street. They also have a HUGE selection of paint.
