e-test help

anyone in ottawa know how to beat the e-test or can help hook up my e-gear? the old owner of of my truck removed all the stuff aatached tothe smog pump on my 88 f150 I6 4.9L dont know what i need to hook it all back up or even where it goes my chiltons manual is useless as far as hooking it all back up
