Anybody know or have a good guestimate what a 8' style side bed weighs on one of these trucks?

This may or may not help, but they are light enought for two guys to lift off and set on a trailer.

um, its pretty damn heavy. me and a friend pulled mine off together and we were only 16 at the time and it beat the crap out of us. if you get like 4 guys it will be a piece of cake. its prolly like 300 plus pounds.

two men can lift it off. I was 16 when I took mine off and my step dad and I did it. It was tough but now that im 25 it would not scare me with one other guy

hmm how about this question then, what does a 77 F-100, 4X2, 302 V8 c-4 tranny longbed weigh dry? anybody?

For the box my guess is 250 to 300 lb.. Two guys can do it but balancing it while you lift it will be as much of a factor.
