Heater blower motor problem

Please help. Having problems with the motor on a 94 Explorer. The motor seems to turn on after a delay of 1 to 10 minutes after the truck is started. Couple other people are having the same problems with their's. Does anyone know of a relay in the path to the motor? I posted on the Explorer board with no replies. Thanks

Check your ignition key starter switch. Make sure that the key is returning fully back to the "run" position after starting the engine. Sometimes the key may hang up a little and not flip all the way back to the "run" position. Some of you accessaries will not function until the key is fully back. Good luck. Jake.

Thanks Jake. I am going to wiggle the key next time and see if that does it. I assume the blower motor switch is wired like my 90 F150 with no strange relays in between.
