tilt steering column

i have a 1977 f150 4x4 with automatic that i want to swap in a tilt column,will any tilt column from a 73-79 fit? if not what yrs do? thanks

Tilt was only offered in '78-'79. Both 2wd and 4x4 tilts are identical, so either will work.

You will probably also require the u-joint steering shaft that goes from the column to the steering box.
