1996 ford explorer
1996 explorer V8 wont start. The battery is fine, starter is fine,its just not getting the surge almost like fuel not going through to start it. Im going to check the fuel pump cut off switch today. Just had a tune up done in it 2 weeks ago. I tried to put a screwdriver across relay on fender to see if it was working and it was clicking. Any help would be appreciated.
