Talking New Regulators!

For those of you who have endured the two handed window rollup on your '67-'72 pickup, Dennis Carpenter has made the window regulators available for an unbelievably low price!

To find one at the pick-a-part is rare and then if you do, you might might one just like yours: half of the gear teeth have been grinded down to nothing. So, this is great news. To have stock working windows once again. . .*sigh*

I suppose $115 is getting close to reasonable. But, considering the 73-79s are $30 from JCW, I think I will keep using those and welding up new ones.

I just took my door panels off and lubed everything. Windows roll up and down like the mechanism is brand new.

Ouch....ya $115 is more than I'll spend on it right now. More important things to deal with. I lubed the heck out of mine and they work decent. $30 is something I would consider.
