I used 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive and then use masking tape to temporarily keep them from moving. Then close the door for a couple hours...

I used the same as 73 custom, 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive but, I used large black binder clips about every 4" or so to hold in it place until the adhesive set up. Make sure the lip on the body around the door is real clean. I used paint thinner to clean the lip on mine. It's been a year and a half and it's still holding fine, no problems. -Ed

Where I worked, we had a 3m adheasive that was a contact cement...you had to apply the glue to BOTH surfaces with a small brush ( to the weather strip and the door frame ), wait for it to tack up, then apply the weatherstrip. This stuff will NOT LET GO...no need for clips or tape but you had better not screw up or you will be scraping the rubber off with a putty knife.
