towing with a 59
I know I am gonna tweak some of your souls but I just cant have a "girl" truck. My truck is "Big Bad John" (my dads navy nic) Being a woman who thinks men are Gods gift to the world (smile) I felt weird having a "chic" truck. No offense at all but even if I had a boat it would be a he as well. If the "rules" stated the truck had to be a girl its name would prob be "brutessa" lol
Okay with all that said.......Hubby has decided he wants me to pull a two horse (may still go gooseneck but we have a bumper pull) to my gaming shows and daughters small horse shows and get a newwer Ford PU to haul bigger GN with living quarters.
I saw a few magazine ads from my trucks time frame and they are shown towing boats, horse trailers and a small tag along camper. We are still going to upgrade power sources but I will prob tow a much lighter weight.
I have decided that if we do change engines and we prob will I will just make this one with my grandaddy and dads fingerprints and smears on it in to a coffee table. Im a sentimental fool.
Keep the advice coming!
the quad section was too rigid compared to the rest of the float so after time it broke just in fromt of the quad area ( first flexible point) i geuss this is what the engineer was talking about, if the float would have always been loaded to capacity ( so the suspension worked) it should have lasted.
and as Quaterhorsemom pointed out a guy could'nt have a truck with a fella's name, it would'nt seem right spending so much time polishing a male truck.
does this make me homophobic?
