"PO300"-Random Misfire Detected

"PO300"-Random Misfire Detected
i loaded my predator in yesterday and then checked the codes and it says PO300 random misfire detected...it pnly shows that when the predator is loaded...obviously it is a random misfire, but what exactly does that mean?

Greater than 40 occurrences in a block of 1000 revolutions. Misfire data is sampled at engine speeds below 750 RPM.
Does this occur after loading the Predator? Clearing the code does the PO300 return.
Can be related to a number of conditions.

maxium, yes it only occurs after i load the predator and then the code goes away when i take the predator out...i dont understand but as long as the truck runs it wont bother me...i havent noticed anything wrong with how it runs
